Mindful Movement Courses This workshop will give you a comprehensive introduction to Mindful Movement used on our highly successful Breathworks courses. The focus of this course is to provide an overview of the Functional Movement Screen and how to administer it.

The Functional Movement Screen is a rating and ranking system that captures mobility and motor control in seven fundamental movement patterns. During this course you will learn how to accurately perform and score the screen. The SFMA Level Online Course is your first step. This course introduces viewers to our movement based diagnostic system through our online education.


What is the SFMA Level Online Course ? The first half of Term (weeks) will be a series of workshops aimed at developing reflective skills, personal awareness and a deeper connection to our inner world through movement. The second half of Term will be experiential group work. You will get to experience and be facilitated in an as-if DMP group session.
