How to address dignitaries

Start the letter by typing your address but not your name. Skip a line , and type the full date. For example, if you were writing to the queen of Englan you would write: Her Majesty the Queen, followed by the address of her home.

Historically there are three methods for receiving foreign leaders and dignitaries : Joint Meetings, Joint Sessions, and separate House and Senate Receptions. A Joint Meeting is the preferred method for receiving addresses from foreign leaders and dignitaries. However, I cannot find an equivalent for addressing people with titles like imam, mufti, mullah, qadi and ustad.
