Strata proxy form bc

Use this form to appoint a proxy for specific meetings and resolutions. When a controversial issue is on the agenda, proxies will usually determine the outcome of the meeting. With any of the above options the strata council should notify the owners as to what option they are taking to proceed or not proceed with the general or information meeting.
