Washington state sick leave cash out

Is Washington State required to provide paid sick leave? When is sick leave paid? Is sick leave mandatory? How long can you carry over sick leave?


Paid sick leave balances do not have to be cashed out or paid when employment ends , unless another state law or a collective bargaining agreement requires it.
