They said they were going to make a decision by Monday (yesterday) and turns out, I had no signal so I missed their call at 3pm Monday and they told me to call them back. Along with Charles and “Anonymous”, it’s also likely that the recruiter has feedback to give you on the interview as well. It could be to tell you they’re moving ahead with you as a candidate or (hopefully not) letting you know that they’re not go.
Or, if the employer provided you with an expected date for feedback after the interview, wait at least one additional business day beyond that.
